How does Guaranteed Rental Income work?

If your property is suitable, all parties enter a long term agreement,  guaranteeing you a fixed rental income every month, on the basis that we can rent out your property on a short term let basis. Triumph Serviced Accommodation may offer to freshen up your property if required.

We take care of the interior design and ongoing maintenance of the property.

​

You will still be responsible for all major repairs such as the roof and boiler.

We will immediately have any issues fixed.

We work with local companies to relocate professionals who move or require short term accommodation. Instead of staying in a hotel they prefer to stay in Serviced Accommodation, for more space, flexibility and for a home from home.

 

The benefits to you are:

 

  • We manage the property on your behalf, take care of any maintenance etc. It will be furnished by us to a very high (hotel) standard so will always be looking fabulous

  • We don’t charge any commission or fees

  • No hassle from tenants, which in turn gives you peace of mind

  • We are business professionals so this will be a legal agreement, therefore you will retain the landlord’s loyalty

  • No need for 6-month inspections (unless you want to of course)

  • Safety – all risk assessments such as Fire and Carbon Monoxide will be carried out by us.

  • You get rent paid in full for 3 - 5 years, guaranteed with no voids (although we will want to rent beyond that if we are both happy).

  • Payments will be regular and on time by standing order so no chasing rent – we MUST do this in order to keep the business operational.

  • We contribute up to £100/month toward the maintenance of your property

  • We will refresh the property at our expense (if it is needed).
